This is definitely one of the nicer Fairfield’s I’ve stayed at. Very new and up-to-date, feels fresh and airy, extremely clean rooms, and calm atmosphere. Staff are friendly and great price. Easy parking, good internet and great value.
Stayed here today (Christmas night), greeted by a friendly staff. Hotel has only been around 6 years so it's update with modern amenities. Decent sized pool and my hubby loved the hot tub. The only minor complaint was the dark street getting to the property, we almost hit a couple of curbs due to the dark street, the hotel it's self was well lit. So be careful when arriving at night.
Strange, unlit road for an entrance. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. The standard rooms have super old small mini fridges and microwaves, a desk and desk chair, a bed, a small closet, a chair, and a bathroom with one of those old incredibly loud hair dryers and water that smells like dust or cigarettes. My room is on the second floor and 2 spotlights lighting the hotel shine directly into my window making the room bright all night. The breakfast is decent, with eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, and omelets), breakfast meats, make your own waffles, cereals, breads, fruit, and yogurt. Coffee, ice water, and juice are offered. It's clear the water is tap water because it has the same off smell and taste as the bathroom water. The hotel has a small gym with three or four treadmills and free weights, and an indoor pool. Overall it's a decent hotel but the Marriott property in Mercer (not far away) is much nicer.
If you're wanting to sleep this is not the place to stay. Housekeeping is very noisy. Who wants to hear a vacuum when they are trying to sleep. 2 hours before checkout they were banging on my door even with a do not disturb hanging on it.
Very well kept. Room service not an option. No movies for sale. Wait staff is very excellent.
