Nice place to live . Water problems seem to be fixed

I"ve been here 7 years and a few changes have been made. . Change of ownership from local to some corporation in California. They didn't know what they were doing. We had brown water which has 99% corrected. Now they have decided to charge us for water. It was always part of the rent $. I have my fingers crossed , just one more bill to add to the list. Society Security check get stretched a little thinner.

It's an ok place to live decent rent but park maintenance is lacking and can't keep grass because of wash out and to many trees causes mildew on siding and cats running wild taking down insulation under trailers.

Bc it takes that long for the water to fill up can only do laundry at night if u do it during the day. U can't brush ur teeth or flush the toilet or get in the tub or do dishes

Very quiet and very nice people

Since I wrote the first review I have come to realize alot and would not recommend this place at all they keep raising the rent and maintenance is horrible with exception to one person the staff has no time for anyone and the unsupervised children running at all hrs of the night and cats reproducing and running lose and now they are going to start charging for well water usage do your homework and find a better place to call home especially if you have children of your own. 7/25/17

first the water was colored weird an smelt weird and u have to plan an hour ahead b4 getting in the tub

On the positive side I like my neighbors.
