No matter what complex you live in there's always going to be stuff you like and dislike. When new management came in I wasn't a fan, but as some things go switched and the office promoted a new individual as manager I began to see improvement. They are very friendly and helpful people, and respond that way even when you might not be the nicest to them. I really enjoy the events that they are trying to bring here and the fact that they want to get to know the residents and are trying to do so in a variety of ways. The club house is now 24 hours which is great!
The staff is very friendly and always available to help whenever needed! Whenever an issue arises they fix the problem right away! As far as the set up of the apartments go I can’t complain! If you are looking for a place to life check out the Heights!
I signed my lease today for an apartment at the heights for the duration of my 2018-2019 junior year at Slippery Rock, PA. It was an extremely pleasant experience. The two wonderful ladies Sommer and India were very warm-spirited and accommodating. They each talked to both my and my future roommates mothers’ and were very patient in dealing with them. Sommer even went into the snowy, cold weather to get us some snacks. Again, it was a very pleasant experience that has left me a very satisfied customer!
My experience was great. They answered all my questions and even walked my parents and I through everything about the lease and complex. This is a great place to be if you’re looking for somewhere to live. Thanks to Sommer and India, this experience was worthwhile
I have lived at The Heights since I was a sophomore and I just renewed for my senior year. You get what you pay for here. Everything is included in rent except the electric bill which is great! When I experience a problem or something needs fixed maintenance is there to resolve the issue very quickly. I usually don't wait more than a couple days for something to be fixed! The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would suggest management work on is the WiFi. I have upgraded my router (an expensive one at that) and I continuously have to reset my router due to the internet going out. I am thinking the modem needs replaced. I know many other residents that experience the same issue with their WiFi, either it is running extremely slow or their devices won't connect at all. Other than that, The Heights is a good place to live at here in Slippery Rock and it is cheaper than some of the other apartments near campus.
