Location for annual family reunion. Serviceable but dated.
They have 3 playgrounds. 2 are next to each other, one for older kids, and one for younger. There is another up the hill near the baseball fields. There is also a sandbox play area with roof and a playhouse. The playgrounds are covered in woodchips. There are a couple picnic tables and some shade. Swings too.
Nice little park. Clean, open. Good for families. Not big, but well cared for
This park is the best that you can find in a small town like Slippery Rock. Usually very peaceful. There are three different areas for children to play.
The park is the center of the community in Slippery Rock. The new walking trail is wonderful and links the community together is a delightful manner. I love walking in town mostly because of this trail.
